3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery location. Free shipping offers may be available during promotions and will be displayed on the website.

We ship to all states and union territories across India. Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track your order through the courier partner’s website. If tracking is not available, our support team will provide updates.

6. Packaging for Fragile Pottery Items

All pottery items are packed securely using bubble wrap, cushioning, and strong boxes. Please inspect the box at the time of delivery and report any visible damage immediately.

7. Delays & External Factors

Shipments may be delayed due to weather, holidays, strikes, or courier issues. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. For international orders, please contact us directly — additional charges apply.

9. Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours. We will assist with replacements or refunds as per our policy.
